Hoopy is a word which is someone who is seen as cool and well-together. It is also used to describe someone who is seen as cool and well-together. Ford Prefect has been described as a hoopy person, and is known for using this slang word.
When Arthur Dent turned the missiles into a whale and bowl of petunias, Ford Prefect described his thinking as "hoopy."[1] The Belcerebons of Kakrafoon Kappa were stated to be unhoopy in a presidential declaration.[2]
