The male spawn of Prostetnic Vogon Jeltz, Constant Mown is responsible for the mental and logical gymnastics responsible for saving the plant Nano and everyone on it from his father's Vogon Constructor Fleet. As an officer of the Constant rank, Mown finds a legal loophole that saves Nano, a last refuge of humans, from destruction - once they had bought the planet, they were no longer Earthlings, but Nanoites.
He is the only known Vogon with any capacity for kindness.
